So what do you do Joop?

That’s a question I need to answer many times. My normal answer is “From goat cheese, to nuclear weapons” Just to give some color to the scope we handle. The weapons is off course a joke.

In basis it is quite simple, we handle projects based on the demand of our clients.
There is a large disconnection between African companies and companies from abroad. For a Dutch, company, it is, unfortunately, way easier to get contact, find the correct products and/ or processes, simply we understand both sides. Also we make sure that our suppliers will perform, and make sure deliveries are up to spec, in time, and against the correct price.
We sometimes are the contractor, handling the full project, sometimes we are the broker, and in most case full projectmanager of (often) complex logistic challenges,in basic the process is the same. We organise those parts of the project were we add value.
If it’s simple, anyone can do it
